Tactics creates leads Exclusively for our Channel Partners

Tactics’ new Direct Engagement Strategy (DES) is formulated around the direct marketing of our Channel Solution offerings to prospective clients in the market place while remaining true to our Resellers, Manager Service Providers (MSP) and Large Account Resellers (LAR).

Over the last 5 months we have been working closely with Corporations, Governing bodies and Public Sector departments regarding our Services and Solution offerings.

Today the first Request for Quotation (RFQ) has closed for such a DES client. The Tactics team has taken process from introduction, through Proof of Concept (POC) and our Channel partners have already submitted their responses all within a 3-week period.

Tactics through our DES model is adding greater value to our channel partners challenging the current Channel Distribution providers to add greater value to their partners.

A common response received from our partners has been, “is that all we need to do to respond” and “why can’t other Channel Distributors help us like Tactics is”.

This DES client has repeatedly thanked Tactics for simplifying their scoping, response, vetting process and the elimination the hours of reading differentiated proposals in trying to understand if the different solutions can meet their Business requirements.

The formation of this RFQ has created an equal and fair opportunity response platform for all sized partners ranging from start-ups MSP’s to the larger corporations eagerly trying to gain access to business opportunities in this tough economic climate.

This experience has been illuminating for Tactics as The Channel Distribution Partner of Solarwinds N-Able for Africa. The needs and frustrations that the clients Tactics has engaged with have been remarkably simple to assist and the automation of their challenges using the value-added solutions supplied by Tactics.

This process has been truly successful for the DES clients, our partners and Tactics. Our DES model will continue to create opportunities for Channel Partners while we continue to grow our channel distribution throughout Africa.
